Docetaxel

It is mainly used to treat advanced breast cancer, ovarian cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, head and neck cancer, and small cell lung cancer; it also has certain effects on gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, melanoma, etc.

Intravenous drip administration, single dose is 75-100 mg/m2, 75 mg/m2 is used in China, and 60-75 mg/m2 is used for combined use. Intravenous drip is 1 hour, repeated once every 3 weeks. In recent years, many scholars at home and abroad have adopted weekly therapy, generally with a single dose of 35-40 mg/m2, once a week, for 6 weeks, and stop for 2 weeks. It is recommended to start taking 8 mg of dexamethasone orally every day before using docetaxel, once every 12 hours, for 3 consecutive days. This product should be dissolved in the solvent provided, and then diluted with sodium chloride injection or 5% glucose to a final concentration of 0.3-0.9 mg/ml.

Alopecia, weakness, mucositis, arthralgia and myalgia, hypotension, and injection site reactions.

Store at 2-8℃ in a sealed container and away from light.
