Function and Efficacy
Acetylglutamine is the acetyl compound of glutamine. After passing through the blood-cerebrospinal fluid barrier, it is decomposed into glutamate and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). Glutamate is involved in the information transmission of the central nervous system. GABA can antagonize the excitability of glutamate, improve nerve cell metabolism, maintain nerve stress resistance, reduce the effect of blood ammonia, and improve brain function.

Appearance
This product is a colorless clear liquid.
Indication
It is used for coma caused by brain trauma, coma caused by neurosurgery, hepatic coma, hemiplegia, high paraplegia, sequelae of polio, neuralgia and low back pain, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Intramuscular injection. 100-600 mg per day; children's dose should be reduced or as directed by a doctor. Intravenous drip. 100-600 mg each time, diluted with 250 ml of 5% or 10% glucose solution and slowly dripped. Children's dose should be reduced or as directed by a doctor.
