Ropinirole Hydrochloride Tablets

It is a dopamine receptor agonist that enhances the effect of dopamine, corrects the imbalance of central neurotransmitters, relieves symptoms and maintains the patient's autonomy and activity.

This product is an off-white film-coated tablet, which appears white to off-white after removing the film coating.

Used to treat Parkinson's disease and moderate to severe restless legs syndrome.

Start with 0.25 mg three times a day, and increase by 0.75 mg each week to 3 mg per day. The general dose is 3-9 mg per day, divided into three doses.

Common side effects: nausea, drowsiness, leg edema, abdominal pain, vomiting, syncope. Other side effects: movement disorders, hallucinations, mental disorders.

People who are allergic to Ropinirole HCl; breastfeeding or pregnant women should not use this product.

1. Antipsychotics such as Sulpiride and Metoclopramide may reduce the efficacy of Ropinirole. 2. Estrogens may increase the blood concentration of Ropinirole. 3. It may interact with other drugs metabolized by CYP1A2 liver enzyme.
