1. Pharmacology This product is a derivative of cantharidin, which inhibits cancer cell DNA synthesis and interferes with the M phase of cell division. Animal experiments show that this product has a certain inhibitory effect on mouse liver cancer and ascites cancer. At a blood concentration of 16~18.5mg/ml, it can prolong the survival time of mice by 31%~103%. This product has a certain effect on the body's immune function. Intravenous injection of methylcantharidin has the effect of enhancing the phagocytosis of animal macrophages and inhibiting antibody production. 2. Toxicology The median lethal dose LD50 of this product for intravenous injection is 375.2mg/kg, and the median lethal dose LD50 for oral administration is 813.7mg/kg.

For primary liver cancer

Oral administration. 2 to 4 tablets at a time, 3 to 4 times a day, 1 to 3 months as a course of treatment. The maximum dose is 8 to 16 tablets.

There may be mild nausea and loss of appetite. There may also be reactions such as frequent urination, painful urination, and urgent urination.

It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to this product; it is contraindicated for patients with renal insufficiency.
