Indication

This product is effective for the following moderate and severe infections caused by sensitive bacteria among Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Enterococcus, Neisseria, Haemophilus, Escherichia coli, Citrobacter, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Serratia, Proteus, Morganella, Providencia, Haemophilus influenzae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter, and Bacteroides: 1. Respiratory system infections: acute bronchitis, acute infection of chronic bronchitis, purulent tonsillitis, peritonsillar abscess, pneumonia, lung abscess, chronic respiratory diseases with infection, etc.; 2. Urinary system infections: acute urethritis, acute cystitis, acute pyelonephritis, acute attack of chronic pyelonephritis, complicated urinary tract infection, acute bacterial prostatitis, etc.; 3. Gynecological infections: adnexitis, uterine adnexitis, uterine ulcer, etc.

Usage and Dosage

Usage: intravenous drip. Dosage: 0.3g once, twice a day, intravenous drip time is 30 to 60 minutes, and the course of treatment is 7 to 14 days. The dosage can be adjusted according to the patient's age and condition.

Adverse Reactions

This product is generally well tolerated, and the overall incidence of adverse reactions is similar to that of placebo. Common side effects include: gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea, upper abdominal discomfort and bloating, and some patients experience rash and itching.

Precautions

[Use in pregnant and lactating women] Pregnant and lactating women are prohibited from using this drug. [Use in children] Patients under 18 years old are prohibited from using this drug. [Use in the elderly] When elderly patients use this drug, the blood concentration and urine excretion results should be checked. When Cmax increases, AUC increases, and urine recovery rate decreases, pay attention to the dosage and use the drug with caution.

Special Population Medication

Precautions for children: The safety of the drug for children has not been established, and it is recommended that children should not use this product. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant women or women who may become pregnant should not use this product; because the drug can be secreted through breast milk, lactating women should stop breastfeeding when using this product.

Drug Interactions

1. When used simultaneously with theophylline, symptoms of theophylline poisoning (digestive organ disorders, headache, arrhythmia, spasm, etc.) may occur, so avoid using it simultaneously with theophylline. If it is necessary to use it simultaneously, the blood concentration of theophylline should be fully observed and monitored; 2. When used simultaneously with phenylacetic acid and propionic acid non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics, spasm may occur. When symptoms occur, the above drugs should be stopped and rescue measures such as tracheal antispasmodics should be implemented.
