Invert Sugar Electrolyte Injection
Function and Efficacy
This product can provide patients with water, electrolytes and energy, and produce diuretic and metabolic alkalizing effects. The lactate contained in it is metabolized in the liver to produce glycogen, and with the participation of H, it eventually produces CO2 and water.
Ingredients
This product is a compound preparation, and its components per 1000ml include: 2.8016g sodium lactate, 1.4610g sodium chloride, 1.8638g potassium chloride, 0.2856g magnesium chloride (anhydrous), 0.7500g sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.5204g sodium bisulfite, 25g fructose, and 25g glucose, and the osmotic pressure is 446mOsmol/L.

Appearance
This product is a colorless or almost colorless clear liquid with a sweet taste.
Indication
Suitable for fluid rehydration therapy for patients who need non-oral replenishment of water, energy and electrolytes.
Usage and Dosage
Usage: intravenous drip, use under the guidance of a physician. Dosage: The dosage depends on the condition. The usual dosage for adults is 250ml to 1000ml each time. The drip rate should be lower than 0.5g/kg/hr (in terms of fructose). Adjust the dosage according to the patient's age, weight, clinical condition and laboratory test results.
Adverse Reactions
It is reported that this drug may cause allergic reactions such as flushing, rashes, and fever. Large doses and rapid infusions may cause lactic acidosis and hyperuricemia. Long-term use alone may cause electrolyte disorders. There are literature reports that patients with liver disease developed lactic acidosis after infusion of fructose. If adverse reactions occur, the infusion should be terminated.
Precautions
Patients with hereditary fructose intolerance are prohibited from using this product, and patients with gout and hyperuricemia are prohibited from using this product. Warning: Be cautious when using this product in excess or improperly, so as not to cause life-threatening lactic acidosis. Patients with undiagnosed hereditary fructose intolerance may be at risk of death when using this product.
Drug Interactions
When used with other drugs, pay attention to the incompatibility of drugs (such as macrolide antibiotics, alkaloids, sulfonamides) due to changes in pH and ionic strength. Precipitation may occur when encountering calcium ions, and other additives may also be incompatible with this product. Precipitation may occur when mixed with drugs containing carbonate ions.
Storage
Store in a sealed container. The validity period is tentatively 18 months.
