In chronic renal failure, the plasma concentration of most essential amino acids in the body decreases, while the plasma concentration of non-essential amino acids is normal or increased. This product can restore the decreased plasma concentration of essential amino acids. If sufficient energy is supplied at the same time, it can enhance assimilation, so that protein does not need to be broken down and utilized as energy, and no or very little nitrogen terminal metabolites are produced, which is beneficial to alleviate the symptoms of uremia. This product is a colorless or almost colorless clear liquid.

For parenteral support in patients with acute and chronic renal insufficiency; severe renal failure caused by major surgery, trauma or sepsis, as well as acute and chronic renal failure.

Pulse drip: 250ml~500ml per day for adults, drip slowly. Pediatric dosage is subject to doctor's advice. Patients with acute or chronic renal failure undergoing dialysis should take 1000ml per day, with a maximum dose of no more than 1500ml. The drip rate should not exceed 15 drops per minute.

Too fast an IV drip can cause nausea, vomiting, palpitations, chills, etc. The speed of administration should be slowed down in time (15 drops per minute is appropriate), especially for the elderly and critically ill patients.

It is contraindicated for patients with amino acid metabolism disorders, severe liver damage, heart failure, edema, hypokalemia, and hyponatremia.
