Function and Efficacy
Poisoning symptoms: When poisoned by a large dose, coma, hypotension, respiratory depression and bradycardia may occur. Treatment: Immediately induce vomiting, gastric lavage and catharsis to eliminate the drug, and give symptomatic treatment and supportive therapy according to the condition.
Indication
1. Treat anxiety neurosis, relieve anxiety, tension, worry, restlessness and insomnia. 2. Treat insomnia. 3. Treat diseases with excessive muscle tension or muscle stiffness. 4. Used in combination with anti-epileptic drugs to control epileptic seizures.
Usage and Dosage
Oral antianxiety: 5~10mg once, 2~3 times a day. Treatment of insomnia: 10~20mg before bedtime. Anti-epileptic: 10~20mg once, 3 times a day.
Drug Interactions
Common symptoms include drowsiness, weakness, headache, dizziness, nausea, constipation, etc. Rashes, toxic liver damage, bone marrow suppression, and impotence in men are rare.
