This product is a lyophilized preparation of roxatidine acetate hydrochloride for injection. Each 1000 vials of the product contains 50-100g of roxatidine acetate hydrochloride and 50-100g of excipient glycine or mannitol.

Indication
It is suitable for benign ulcers, duodenal ulcers, anastomotic ulcers, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, and reflux esophagitis; it can also be used for pre-anesthetic administration, usually 75 mg each before bedtime on the day before surgery and 2 hours before induction of anesthesia.
Usage and Dosage
1. For adults, take 75 mg twice a day (12 hours apart), dissolve in 20 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride injection or glucose injection, and slowly push intravenously, or mix with infusion and drip intravenously. Generally, the efficacy can be shown within 1 week, and oral medication should be used for treatment after oral administration. 2. Since the blood concentration of drugs in patients with renal dysfunction may last for a long time, the dose should be reduced or the dosing interval should be extended.
