Indication
It is mainly used for megaloblastic anemia, nutritional anemia, anemia during pregnancy, multiple neuritis, radiculitis, trigeminal neuralgia, sciatica, nerve paralysis. It can also be used for leukocytopenia caused by nutritional products and radiation and drugs.
Usage and Dosage
Intramuscular injection, 0.5-1.5 mg/time, 1-3 injections/time, once a day.
Adverse Reactions
Intramuscular injection may occasionally cause rash, itching, diarrhea and allergic asthma, but the incidence is very low. Very few cases may cause anaphylactic shock, and long-term use may cause iron deficiency anemia.
Precautions
1. Those who are allergic to this product or any of its ingredients are prohibited from using this product. 2. Those with hereditary retrobulbar neuritis (Leber's disease) and smoking-induced amblyopia.

Drug Interactions

Cholestyramine can combine with vitamin B12 to reduce its absorption. 4. It is incompatible with glucose solution. 5. It cannot be used together with sodium para-aminosalicylate.
