Function and Efficacy
This product is made from the extract of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae through esterification, dehydration and salt formation. It can inhibit the early increase of capillary permeability, inflammatory exudation and edema, specifically stimulate the pituitary-adrenal cortex function, promote ACTH release, and increase the biosynthesis of ACTH in the anterior pituitary; it has the effect of inactivating adenovirus, influenza virus, respiratory virus and other viruses in vitro. Animal experiments have shown anti-early and mid-pregnancy effects.

Appearance
This product is white or slightly yellow powder or lump.
Indication
1. Respiratory tract infection: viral pneumonia, pneumonia; acute pharyngitis, tonsil fire; acute and chronic bronchitis; 2. Gastrointestinal infection: viral enteritis; acute dysentery; rotavirus-induced diarrhea; 3. Urinary tract infection: acute pyelonephritis, cystitis; urinary tract infection; 4. Emergency department application: fever, influenza and respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract and other infections caused by viruses; 5. Otorhinolaryngology application: otitis media; sinusitis; rhinitis; 6. Other applications: treatment of cancer fever; inhibition of tumor cell growth; improvement of myocardial ischemia and myocarditis symptoms; treatment of jaundice, hepatitis, sexually transmitted diseases, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Before use, add an appropriate amount of sterile injection water to dissolve. Intramuscular injection: 40-80 mg once, 1-2 times a day. For intravenous drip, dilute with 5% glucose injection or 5% glucose sodium chloride injection and drip 0.16-0.4 g once, 1-2 times a day.

Drug Interactions
This product should not be used in combination with acidic or alkaline drugs or drugs containing sodium bisulfite or sodium pyrosulfite as antioxidants. This product should not be used in combination with aminoglycosides or quinolones.
