1 Animals: (1) In isolated organs, it can prevent gastric relaxation, accelerate gastric motility, and coordinate the movement of the antrum-duodenum, small intestine, and large intestine; (2) In dogs, it can enhance the digestive activity of the antrum-duodenum, coordinate and enhance gastric emptying, increase the motility of the small intestine and large intestine, and shorten the time of intestinal movement, but does not affect gastric secretion; (3) The mechanism of action is mainly to promote the physiological release of acetylcholine in the myenteric nerve plexus; (4) It does not stimulate muscarinic and nicotinic receptors, nor does it inhibit the activity of acetylcholinesterase; (5) There is no dopamine receptor blocking effect at therapeutic doses; (6) It is mainly distributed in the stomach and intestinal tissues. 2 Human: Gastrointestinal motility effects: ① Esophagus: Enhance esophageal motility and lower esophageal sphincter tension; prevent gastric contents from reflux into the esophagus and improve esophageal clearance; ② Stomach: Increase gastric and duodenal contractility and coordination between the antrum and duodenum; reduce duodenal-gastric reflux; improve gastric and duodenal emptying; ③ Intestine: Strengthen intestinal motility and promote small and large intestine transit. 3 Other effects: (1) Due to the lack of cholinergic effect, it does not increase basal and pentagastrin-induced gastric acid secretion; (2) Due to the relative lack of dopamine antagonist properties, it has almost no effect on plasma prolactin levels; (3) It does not affect psychomotor function, blood pressure, respiratory rate, body temperature, body weight and anticoagulant function; (4) The pharmacological effect begins 30 to 60 minutes after oral administration.

A total gastrointestinal prokinetic drug, mainly used for functional dyspepsia, upper gastrointestinal discomfort with negative X-ray and endoscopic examinations, and can also be used to treat mild reflux esophagitis.

Oral treatment: Dosage: The maximum daily dose is 30 mg. Adults: Depending on the severity of the condition, the total daily dose is 15-30 mg, divided into 2-3 doses, 5 mg each time (the dose can be doubled). Children weighing 25-50 kg: The maximum dose is 5 mg each time, 4 times a day, or as directed by a doctor. Children weighing less than 25 kg: 0.2 mg/kg body weight each time, three to four times a day, or as directed by a doctor. It is recommended to avoid taking it with grapefruit juice as much as possible. In case of renal insufficiency, it is recommended to reduce the daily dose by half.

1. Consistent with pharmacological activity, transient abdominal cramps, borborygmus and diarrhea may occur. When abdominal cramps occur after taking 20 mg, the dose can be halved; when diarrhea occurs in young children or infants, the dose should be reduced as appropriate; 2. Occasionally, allergies, mild transient headaches or dizziness, and dose-related frequent urination have been reported; 3. Rare reports of reversible liver function abnormalities, with or without cholestasis. Although there are case reports of male breast feminization and galactorrhea, the incidence rate (0.1%) in large-scale monitoring studies does not exceed the common value of the general population, and all these events are reversible. The causal relationship is not clear. 4. Individual reports of its effects on the central nervous system, namely convulsive epilepsy, extrapyramidal reactions and frequent urination.

1. Patients with known allergies to this product are prohibited from taking it orally or parenterally at the same time as ketoconazole, itraconazole, miconazole, fluconazole, erythromycin, clarithromycin or troleandomycin

Precautions for children: Not yet clear. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Although the amount excreted through breast milk is very small, it is still recommended that breastfeeding mothers do not use. Precautions for the elderly: In the elderly, due to the moderate extension of the elimination half-life, the steady-state plasma concentration will generally increase, so the therapeutic dose should be reduced as appropriate.
