Acetaminophen drops

This product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has antipyretic and analgesic effects.

The main ingredient of this product is acetaminophen. Excipients are: ethanol, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, Tween 80, stevioside, sodium benzoate, sodium bisulfite, red yeast rice. Chemical name: N-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetamide Molecular weight: C8HgNO2

The product is a brown-red clear liquid with a fragrant aroma, sweet and slightly bitter taste.

It is used to treat fever caused by the common cold or influenza in children, and is also used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as headache, joint pain, migraine, toothache, muscle pain, neuralgia, and dysmenorrhea.

Drop into the mouth, or dissolve in about 20 times the volume of boiled water and shake well before taking. The dosage for children under 12 years old is shown in the following table: 1-2 years old, 10-15 kg, 1-1.5 ml/time; 3-6 years old, 16-21 kg, 1.5-2 ml/time; 7-9 years old, 22-27 kg, 2-3 ml/time; 10-12 years old, 28-32 kg, 3-3.5 ml/time; If fever or pain persists, the medication can be repeated every 4-6 hours, not more than 4 times in 24 hours.

Occasionally, skin rash, urticaria, drug fever and granulocytopenia may occur. Long-term and large-scale use of the drug may lead to abnormal liver and kidney function.

It is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic and renal impairment.

1. Long-term use of this product may cause liver damage in patients who use barbiturates (such as phenobarbital) or antispasmodics (such as belladonna). 2.
