Function and Efficacy
Early pregnancy termination drug. This product has the effect of softening the cervix, increasing uterine tension and intrauterine pressure. Sequential use with mifepristone can significantly increase or induce the frequency and amplitude of spontaneous uterine contractions in early pregnancy. This product has the pharmacological activity of E-type prostaglandins, has a mild stimulating effect on gastrointestinal smooth muscle, and inhibits gastric acid secretion in large doses.
Ingredients

Appearance
This product is white tablets.
Indication
This product can be used in combination with mifepristone to terminate early pregnancy within 49 days of amenorrhea.
Usage and Dosage
Take a single dose of misoprostol 0.6 mg orally on an empty stomach 36 to 48 hours after taking mifepristone.
Adverse Reactions
Some women in early pregnancy experience mild nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue and lower abdominal pain after taking the medicine. Some women may experience flushing, fever, itching of the palms, and even anaphylactic shock.
Precautions
1. Patients with heart, liver, kidney diseases and adrenal cortex insufficiency. 2. Those with contraindications to the use of prostaglandins, such as glaucoma, asthma and allergic constitution. 3. Pregnant women with intrauterine contraceptive devices and suspected ectopic pregnancy.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Not yet clear. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: 1. Pregnant women are prohibited from taking it; 2. Lactating women should not take it. Precautions for the elderly: Not yet clear.
Drug Interactions
Avoid taking aspirin and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within 1 week of taking this product.
