Ozagrel Sodium Chloride Injection

This product is a highly effective and selective thromboxane synthetase inhibitor, which improves the imbalance between thromboxane A2 (TXA2) and prostaglandin (PGI2) by inhibiting the production of thromboxane A2 (TXA2) and promoting the production of prostacyclin (PGI2), and has the effects of anti-platelet aggregation and vasodilation. It can inhibit cerebral vasospasm, increase cerebral blood flow, improve microcirculation disorders and abnormal energy metabolism in the brain, thereby improving the symptoms of cerebral ischemia in patients after subarachnoid hemorrhage surgery and movement disorders in patients with cerebral thrombosis (acute phase).

Used to treat acute thrombotic cerebral infarction and movement disorders associated with cerebral infarction.

For adults, take 100 ml (80 mg) twice a day by intravenous drip. One course of treatment is 2 weeks.

Blood: Due to the bleeding tendency, please observe carefully. If any abnormality occurs, stop the administration immediately. Liver and kidney: GOT, GPT, BUN may increase occasionally. Digestive system: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, feeling of fullness may occur occasionally. Allergic reaction: Urticaria, rash, etc. may occur occasionally. Stop the administration when they occur. Circulatory system: Supraventricular arrhythmia and decreased blood pressure may occur occasionally. If found, reduce the dosage or stop the administration. Others: Occasionally, there may be headache, fever, pain at the injection site, shock, and thrombocytopenia. Serious adverse reactions may include hemorrhagic cerebral infarction, epidural hematoma, intracranial hemorrhage, gastrointestinal bleeding, subcutaneous bleeding, etc.

The following patients are contraindicated to use this product: 1. Those who are allergic to this product; 2. Those with cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction and bleeding; 3. Those with severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction, such as severe arrhythmia and myocardial infarction; 4. Those with blood diseases or bleeding tendencies; 5. Those with severe hypertension, with systolic blood pressure exceeding 26.6kpa (i.e. 200mmHg).

This product is used in combination with antiplatelet aggregation agents, thrombolytic agents and other anticoagulants. It can enhance bleeding tendency and should be used with caution. If necessary, the dosage should be appropriately reduced.

Keep in a light-proof and airtight container.
