Function and Efficacy
Acetylglutamine is an acetyl compound of glutamine, which is decomposed into glutamate and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) after passing through the blood-cerebrospinal fluid barrier. Glutamate is involved in the information transmission of the central nervous system. GABA can antagonize the excitability of glutamate, improve nerve cell metabolism, maintain nerve stress ability, reduce the effect of blood ammonia, and improve brain function.

Indication
It is used for coma caused by brain trauma, coma caused by neurosurgery, hepatic coma, hemiplegia, high paraplegia, sequelae of polio, neuralgia and low back pain, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Intravenous drip. Adults: 0.2-0.7g once a day, 7-14 days as a course of treatment; Children: 0.2-0.5g once a day, 7-14 days as a course of treatment
