Function and Efficacy
It is a selective α2-adrenaline receptor agonist. It can selectively act on the α2-adrenaline receptors of bronchial smooth muscle and has a strong bronchial dilation effect. At the dose for treating asthma, the stimulating effect on the heart is weak.

Appearance
This product is a hard capsule, and the contents are white or off-white coated controlled-release pellets.
Indication
Used to treat respiratory diseases accompanied by bronchospasm such as bronchial asthma or asthmatic bronchitis.
Usage and Dosage
Oral, Adults: The recommended dose is 8 mg once, twice a day.
Adverse Reactions
1. Common adverse reactions include: tremor, nausea, palpitations, headache, insomnia. 2. Less common adverse reactions include: dizziness, vertigo, dry mouth and throat.
Precautions
Patients who are allergic to this product or other adrenergic receptor agonists are contraindicated.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Follow doctor's advice. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: β2-agonists relax uterine smooth muscle, so pregnant and lactating women should use them with caution. Drug Interactions
1. When used simultaneously with other adrenergic receptor agonists, the effect is increased, but the adverse reactions are also increased. 2. When used simultaneously with theophylline drugs, the effect of relaxing bronchial smooth muscles can be increased, but the adverse reactions are also increased. 3. Avoid using it simultaneously with monoamine oxidase inhibitors and tricyclic antidepressants.
