This product is white tablets.

It is used to treat fever caused by the common cold or influenza. It is also used to relieve mild to moderate pain, such as headache, toothache, neuralgia, muscle pain, dysmenorrhea and joint pain.

Oral administration: 0.3-0.6g per time, 4 times a day or once every 4 hours; no more than 2g per day. When used for antipyretics, the course of treatment is usually no more than 3 days, and when used for analgesia, the course of treatment should not exceed 10 days. Usage of sustained-release tablets: 0.65-1.3g (i.e. 1-2 tablets) per time, once every 8 hours. No more than 4g (i.e. 6 tablets) per day.

Various adverse reactions are usually related to long-term use of large amounts of drugs, overdose (including toxic doses) or abnormal conditions such as liver and kidney dysfunction. 1. Respiratory system: This drug may aggravate bronchospasm in patients who are allergic to aspirin. Foreign data report that asthma caused by this drug may be due to the depletion of antioxidants (glutathione) in the mucus on the surface of respiratory epithelial cells and nasal mucosal mucus by the metabolites of this drug. 2. Psychoneural system: This drug has no effect on mood at conventional doses. 3. Digestive system: This drug has a small gastrointestinal irritation effect and will not cause gastrointestinal bleeding when taken in the short term. There have been several reports of liver toxicity caused by taking this drug, and it may even cause liver failure and liver necrosis. 4. Kidney: Long-term and high-dose use of this drug can cause kidney disease, including renal papillary necrosis and renal failure, especially renal function.
