Function and Efficacy
Promestriene acts on the lower genital tract mucosa and has a local estrogen-like effect, thereby restoring the trophic properties of the lower genital tract. After vaginal administration, no systemic estrogen effects were observed, especially in estrogen-sensitive organs far from the vagina. Chloroquinaldol is a broad-spectrum antibacterial agent.

Indication
Atrophic lesions of the vulva, vestibule, and vaginal ring caused by estrogen deficiency.
