Function and Efficacy

Appearance
This product is white powder or crystalline powder.
Indication
1. Added to cardioplegia solution to protect the myocardium during cardiac surgery. 2. Abnormal myocardial metabolism under ischemic conditions.
Usage and Dosage
Intravenous drip according to doctor's advice, 1g each time (1 bottle), dissolved in water for injection, 0.9% sodium chloride injection, 5% glucose injection, and then intravenously dripped within 30-45 minutes, 1-2 times a day. Add to cardioplegia solution to protect the myocardium during cardiac surgery; the concentration in the cardioplegia solution is 10mmol/L.

Precautions
Patients who are allergic to the components of this product are prohibited from using it. Patients with chronic renal insufficiency are prohibited from using this product in large doses (5-10g/day).

Precautions for children: This product has not been tested, but there are relevant clinical application literature. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: No contraindications. Precautions for the elderly: Usually, there is no need to adjust the dosage, but patients with renal insufficiency should appropriately reduce the dosage.
