Currently, cyclophosphamide is often used in clinical treatment in combination with other anticancer drugs. This drug is also used as an immunosuppressant to treat non-tumor diseases.

It can also be injected intramuscularly.
Adverse Reactions
1. Bone marrow suppression is the dose-limiting toxicity of cyclophosphamide, which can cause a decrease in white blood cells, but it is easier to recover, and the decrease in platelets is often not obvious. 2. Hemorrhagic cystitis The metabolites of this product, especially when injected in large doses, can cause bladder irritation symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, pain, microscopic hematuria or macroscopic hematuria, oliguria, proteinuria, etc. 3. Liver function damage Liver function damage may occur, but it is generally mild and can be recovered after drug discontinuation. 4. Gastrointestinal reactions such as loss of appetite, nausea or vomiting are mostly not serious and can disappear 2-3 days after drug discontinuation. 5. Other hair loss, immunosuppression, and occasionally large doses of cyclophosphamide cause water intoxication. Furosemide can prevent and treat water intoxication. Cardiotoxic reactions may occur when large doses of cyclophosphamide are used in pretreatment of bone marrow transplantation.
