Function and Efficacy
Pharmacological action: 20 minutes after the injection of 1 unit of snake venom hemocoagulase injection, the bleeding time of a healthy normal adult will be shortened to 1/2 or 1/3, and this hemostatic function can be maintained for 2-3 days. Snake venom hemocoagulase injection only has a hemostatic function and does not affect the number of prothrombin in the blood. Therefore, there is no risk of thrombosis when using this product. Toxicological studies: Acute toxicity test: The LD50 of intravenous injection in mice is 712.5±191.4 units/Kg, which is equivalent to 49840 times the minimum commonly used dose for an adult weighing 70kg. Ingredients
This product is snake venom hemocoagulase extracted from viper venom. It can be used for various bleeding diseases to shorten the patient's bleeding time and reduce the amount of bleeding.

Indication
This product can be used in various medical situations where it is necessary to reduce bleeding or stop bleeding, such as bleeding and hemorrhagic diseases in clinical departments such as surgery, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, and dentistry; it can also be used to prevent bleeding, such as taking the drug before surgery to avoid or reduce bleeding at the surgical site and after surgery.
Usage and Dosage
Intravenous, intramuscular or subcutaneous injection, local application is also possible. General bleeding: 1-2 units for adults; 0.3-0.5 units for children. Emergency bleeding: Immediately intravenous injection of 0.25-0.5 units, and 1 unit intramuscular injection at the same time. Various types of surgical operations: intramuscular injection of 1 unit the night before surgery, intramuscular injection of 1 unit 1 hour before surgery, intravenous injection of 1 unit 15 minutes before surgery, and intramuscular injection of 1 unit every day for 3 days after surgery. Hemoptysis: subcutaneous injection of 1 unit every 12 hours. If necessary, add 1 unit intravenously at the beginning, preferably add 10ml of 0.9% NaCl solution and mix and inject. Abnormal bleeding: Double the dose, and inject 1 unit intramuscularly every 6 hours until the bleeding stops completely.
Adverse Reactions
The incidence of adverse reactions is extremely low, and allergic reactions are occasionally seen. If the above situation occurs, general anti-allergic treatment methods can be used, such as giving antihistamines and/or glucocorticoids and symptomatic treatment.
Precautions
1. Although there are no reports of thrombosis, for safety reasons, patients with a history of thrombosis are prohibited from using this product. 2. Patients who are allergic to this product or similar drugs are prohibited from using this product.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Reduce the dosage. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant women should not use unless in an emergency. Precautions for the elderly: No contraindications.
