Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium for Injection

Limaiqing is a low molecular weight heparin calcium obtained by chemically cleaving heparin. Limaiqing was originally developed as an anticoagulant for the prevention and treatment of thrombotic diseases, such as deep vein thrombosis, to prevent blood from clotting during hemodialysis. However, in the past few years, cardiovascular diseases have been among the top ten causes of disease-related deaths in Chinese cities, and low molecular weight heparin calcium has become the standard treatment for acute coronary heart disease, especially unstable angina and myocardial infarction. In addition, it is also used in patients with ischemic stroke with hypercoagulable conditions. In the past two years, the use of low molecular weight heparin calcium to treat autoimmune diseases and cancer has continued to increase, and is independent of its anticoagulant activity. It is mainly used to prevent blood clot formation during hemodialysis and can also be used to treat deep vein thrombosis.

1 Prevent blood clot formation during hemodialysis; (1) Each vial of this product contains 2500 anti-Xa international units, and 1 ml of injection water is added to dissolve it when used; (2) At the beginning of each hemodialysis, 5000 anti-Xa factor international units of this product should be injected from the arterial end of the blood vessel, and no dose increase or follow the instructions during dialysis. 2 Used to treat deep vein thrombosis; (1) Each vial of this product contains 2500 anti-Xa international units, and 1 ml of injection water is added to dissolve it when used; (2) 1 to 2 hours before surgery, subcutaneously inject 2500 anti-Xa international units, and subcutaneously inject 2500 anti-Xa international units every day after surgery, and continue to use the drug for 5 days after surgery; (3) Subcutaneously inject into the abdominal wall or follow the doctor's instructions.

Minor bleeding, thrombocytopenia, allergic reactions, mild hematoma and necrosis at the injection site may occur occasionally.

This product is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to it, suffer from acute bacterial endocarditis, or thrombocytopenia.
