Function and Efficacy
It is an aminoglycoside antibiotic, and has antibacterial effects on various Gram-negative bacilli and Staphylococcus aureus. In vitro antibacterial experiments show that the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of this product for Salmonella typhi, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Proteus is less than 1.46mu;g/ml, and for Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus, it is 2.93mu;g/ml. This product has shown a significant effect in the treatment of keratitis and conjunctivitis in rabbits experimentally infected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa. In addition, the local irritation experiment on the rabbit's eyes showed that this product had no obvious irritation.

Appearance
This product is a colorless or almost colorless clear liquid.
Indication
It is mainly used for bacterial conjunctivitis caused by infection with bacteria sensitive to this product (such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus A, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, etc.). It can also be used for external eye bacterial infections such as blepharitis, sty, dacryocystitis, keratitis, etc. caused by the above-mentioned sensitive bacteria.
Usage and Dosage
Apply in the eyes, 1-2 drops at a time, 3-4 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
1. A small number of patients may experience allergic reactions such as rashes; 2. Some patients may experience itchy eyes after use.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to aminoglycoside antibiotics such as kanamycin, streptomycin, gentamicin, tobramycin, amikacin and bacitracin.
