Appearance
This product is a hard capsule, and the contents are white powder.
Indication
This product is suitable for the treatment of mild to moderate pain of different causes, such as joint pain caused by rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gouty arthritis, as well as dysmenorrhea, toothache, postoperative pain, cancer pain, acute sprain or soft tissue contusion pain, and systemic pain caused by cold and fever.
Usage and Dosage
The dosage may vary depending on the type, degree and duration of pain. Usually 1 to 2 tablets (12.5 mg to 25 mg) are taken 3 to 4 times a day, or as directed by a doctor. It is usually taken after meals or with food. The maximum daily dose is no more than 100 mg (8 tablets).
Adverse Reactions
The most common adverse reactions after taking the medicine are stomach burning sensation, stomach pain, headache and dizziness, and occasionally nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, itching, anxiety, palpitations, insomnia, chills, edema of the limbs and rash. Most of them are mild to moderate. Gastric and duodenal ulcers and gastrointestinal bleeding rarely occur or occasionally recur.
Precautions
This product is contraindicated for the following conditions: 1. Allergic to any ingredient in this product. 2. Allergic to acetylsalicylic acid or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. 3. Patients with peptic ulcer or taking other drugs that may cause peptic ulcer. 4. Patients with asthma or nasal polyps. 5. Patients with or who have suffered from angioedema (swelling of the face, eyes, lips, tongue or difficulty breathing) or bronchospasm. 6. Patients with moderate to severe renal insufficiency or severe hepatic insufficiency. 7. Patients with poor coagulation function or taking anticoagulants.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Not suitable for children. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Not suitable for pregnant women and lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: When elderly patients use this product, the plasma protein binding rate and drug excretion rate may decrease, resulting in increased blood drug concentration and prolonged half-life, so the dosage needs to be reduced as appropriate.
Drug Interactions
1. When drinking alcohol or taking it with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, it will increase gastrointestinal adverse reactions and bleeding tendency. Long-term use with acetaminophen may increase the toxic side effects on the kidneys. 2. When used with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol, and platelet aggregation inhibitors, there is an increased risk of bleeding. 3. When used with furosemide, the latter's sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects are weakened. 4. When used with verapamil and nifedipine, the blood concentration of this product increases. 5. This product can increase the blood concentration of digoxin. When used together, it is necessary to pay attention to adjusting the dose of digoxin. 6. This product can enhance the effect of oral antidiabetic drugs. 7. When this product is used together with antihypertensive drugs, it can affect the latter's antihypertensive effect. 8.
