Montmorillonite powder

Each bag of this product contains 3 grams of montmorillonite as the main ingredient. Auxiliary materials are glucose, sodium saccharin, and strawberry microcapsule flavor.

This product is off-white, off-white, slightly yellowish or slightly reddish fine powder with a sweet taste.

Used for acute and chronic diarrhea in adults and acute diarrhea in children.

Oral administration: 1 bag (3 grams) for adults, 3 times a day. Children under 1 year old, 1 bag a day, divided into 3 times; 1-2 years old, 1-2 bags a day, divided into 3 times; over 2 years old, 2-3 bags a day, divided into 3 times. When taking, pour this product into half a cup of warm water (about 50 ml), mix well and take it quickly. The first dose should be doubled for the treatment of acute diarrhea.

Constipation occurs in approximately 7% of adults and approximately 1% of children and is the most commonly reported adverse reaction during treatment. If constipation occurs, use should be withheld and, if necessary, treatment should be restarted at a lower dose.
