This product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.

Each tablet of this product contains the main ingredient ibuprofen 0.2g, and the auxiliary materials are polyethylene glycol 400, potassium hydroxide, gelatin, glycerin, water

The contents of the sealed capsules are colorless to light yellow transparent viscous liquid.

This product is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It is suitable for ① relieving the acute attack or persistent joint swelling and pain symptoms of various chronic arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondyloarthropathies, gouty arthritis, rheumatic arthritis, etc., without the effect of etiology treatment and control of the course of the disease; ② treating various non-articular soft tissue rheumatic pains, such as shoulder pain, tenosynovitis, bursitis, myalgia and pain caused by sports injuries, etc.; ③ acute mild and moderate pain such as post-surgery, post-traumatic, post-strain, primary dysmenorrhea, toothache, headache, etc.; ④ having an antipyretic effect on fever in adults and children.

Oral administration. Adults take 2 capsules at a time. If pain or fever symptoms persist, repeat the medication every 4-6 hours. Do not exceed 8 capsules in 24 hours.

1. A small number of patients may experience nausea, vomiting, gastric burning sensation or mild indigestion, gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding; elevated transaminase. 2. Rarely, skin rash, allergic nephritis, cystitis, nephrotic syndrome, renal papillary necrosis or renal failure, bronchospasm.

When this product is used together with other antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs, it may increase gastrointestinal adverse reactions and may cause ulcers. 5. When this product is used together with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol, it may lead to prolonged prothrombin time and increased bleeding tendency. 6. When this product is used together with digoxin, methotrexate, and oral hypoglycemic drugs, the blood concentrations of these drugs can be increased and they should not be used together. 7. When this product is used together with furosemide (furanosemid), the latter's sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects are weakened; when used together with antihypertensive drugs, the latter's antihypertensive effect is also reduced. 8. 1. When used with alcohol or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, gastrointestinal side effects increase and there is a risk of ulcers. When used with aspirin or other salicylic acid drugs, the efficacy does not increase, but the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions and bleeding tendency increases. 3. When used with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol and platelet aggregation inhibitors, there is an increased risk of bleeding. 4. This product can increase the blood concentration of digoxin. When used together, it is necessary to pay attention to adjusting the dose of digoxin. 5. This product can enhance the effect of antidiabetic drugs. 6. Probenecid can reduce the excretion of this product. When used together, it is advisable to reduce the dose of this product. This product can reduce the excretion of methotrexate and should not be used with high-dose methotrexate.
