Tiopronin Injection

Animal experiments have shown that this product can reduce the increase of serum AST and ALT in animal acute liver injury models caused by thioacetamide and carbon tetrachloride, and inhibit the accumulation of triglycerides caused by chronic liver injury models; it can promote liver glycogen synthesis, inhibit the increase of cholesterol, and help to restore the serum albumin/globulin ratio.

Tiopronin

This product is a colorless clear liquid.

1. Used to improve liver function of various acute and chronic hepatitis. 2. Used for the treatment of fatty liver, alcoholic liver, drug-induced liver damage and detoxification of heavy metals. 3. Used to reduce the adverse reactions of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and prevent peripheral leukopenia caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. 4. Used for early senile cataracts and vitreous opacities.

Intravenous drip, 0.2 g at a time, once a day, for 4 weeks. Add to 5%~10% glucose solution or 250~500 ml of normal saline, and drip intravenously as usual.

1. Allergic reactions: rash, itchy skin, flushed face. 2. Digestive system: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, loss of appetite and other gastrointestinal reactions, rarely abnormal taste.

Patients who have experienced allergic reaction or severe adverse reaction to tiopronin are contraindicated.

Precautions during pregnancy and lactation: Do not use.

Do not use in combination with drugs that have oxidizing effects.

Keep in a dark and airtight place in a cool place. The validity period is tentatively set at one year.
