Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. The usual dose for adults is 0.1g once, 3-4 times a day; for children, 5-10mg/kg per day, divided into 4 doses according to body weight. The course of treatment for intestinal infection is 5-7 days, and the course of treatment for giardiasis is 7-10 days.
Adverse Reactions
The main symptoms include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, drug fever, rash, anal itching, asthma, orthostatic hypotension, hypoglycemia, pulmonary infiltration, etc., and occasionally hemolytic anemia, jaundice and multiple neuritis may occur.

Precautions for children: Not for use in newborns. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Not for use in pregnant and lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: Not yet clear.
Drug Interactions
1. The combination with tricyclic antidepressants may cause acute toxic psychosis and should be avoided. 2. This product can enhance the effect of levodopa. 3. Sympathomimetic amines, tyramine-rich foods, appetite suppressants, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, etc. can enhance the effect of this product.
