Sodium cromoglycate can stabilize mast cell membranes and prevent mast cells from releasing allergenic mediators such as histamine, leukotrienes and bradykinin. It reduces tissue damage caused by allergic reaction mediators. Dexamethasone acetate: adrenocortical hormone drug. This product has anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects, can inhibit the proliferation of connective tissue, reduce the permeability of capillary walls and cell membranes, reduce inflammatory exudates, and inhibit the formation and release of histamine and other toxic substances. Ephedrine hydrochloride can shrink mucosal blood vessels. It can relieve nasal congestion caused by nasal mucosal congestion and swelling, and relieve allergic reactions such as urticaria and angioedema. This product dissolves a small amount of drug and evenly disperses it in the film-forming material. The drug film adheres to the nasal mucosa, allowing the drug to have a longer contact with the mucosa and fully exert its effect. The combined use of the three drugs produces anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, and mucosal vascular shrinkage effects.

This product is a compound preparation, each tablet contains 0.4 mg of sodium cromoglycate, 0.04 mg of dexamethasone acetate, and 1 mg of ephedrine hydrochloride.

Used for the treatment of allergic rhinitis, acute and chronic rhinitis, sinusitis, and hay fever.

For external use. Apply one tablet on each side, 3-4 times a day or as directed by a doctor. Use a cotton swab or roll the film into a thin roll and insert it into the inferior turbinate of the affected nostril. It will stick to the affected nostril by itself.
