Chuanhuning Sodium Chloride Injection
Function and Efficacy
1. This product has a strong antipyretic effect on rabbits with fever caused by bacterial endotoxins, can promote the disappearance of fever, and the effect is rapid and can last for more than 4 hours; 2. This product has a good anti-inflammatory effect, can counteract the increased permeability of capillary walls caused by xylene or histamine, and has a significant antagonistic effect on adrenaline-induced acute pulmonary edema; 3. This product can shorten the sleep latency of mice caused by sodium pentobarbital, prolong their sleep time, and can also enhance the effect of subthreshold sodium pentobarbital to induce sleep in mice. The experimental results indicate that this product has a significant sedative effect; 4. This product can significantly promote the adrenal cortex function of rats and increase the body's emergency response to pathogen infection; 5. Clinical etiological diagnosis experiments and tissue culture inactivation experiments show that this product has an inactivation effect on influenza virus type I, type III, pneumonia adenovirus (Adv) type III, type IV, enterosyncytial virus and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). 2. Toxicology: Chuanhuning has low toxicity and is non-irritating. The LD50 of intravenous drip is 675 plus mn; 30 mg/kg.

Indication
Viral pneumonia, viral upper respiratory tract infection, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Intravenous drip: 400-800 mg per day, divided into two doses. Each dose should not exceed 400 mg. For children, reduce the dose appropriately or follow the doctor's advice.
Adverse Reactions
Skin allergic reactions and diarrhea in children have occurred after intravenous infusion, and there have been occasional reports of anaphylactic shock and liver damage.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product.
Drug Interactions
This product should not be used in combination with acidic or alkaline drugs or drugs containing sodium bisulfite or sodium metabisulfite (antioxidants).
