Function and Efficacy
Gossypol acetate has an inhibitory effect on the steroid hormone receptors of the ovary, endometrium and myometrium, thereby significantly thinning the endometrium and myometrium and reducing menstrual volume; high concentrations of gossypol can act on enzymes or functional proteins related to cell growth, causing cell apoptosis, but will not induce malignant cell proliferation; gossypol acetate inhibits the joint transport system of the thick ascending limb of the renal loop of Henle (Na--K--Cl-), reducing the reabsorption of sodium ions, potassium ions and chloride ions, resulting in renal excretion of potassium.

Appearance
This product is a film-coated tablet, which appears yellow after removing the coating.
Indication
It is used for functional uterine bleeding, uterine fibroids with menorrhagia and endometriosis, and the resulting dysmenorrhea, heavy menstrual bleeding, prolonged menstruation, breast tenderness and abdominal pain during menstruation.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. 1 tablet at a time, once a day. Take after dinner. 30 days is a course of treatment, usually 6 courses.
Adverse Reactions
There may be gastrointestinal reactions such as hypokalemia, muscle weakness, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, as well as palpitations and mild changes in liver function; it may cause menopausal symptoms such as amenorrhea, loss of libido, hot flashes, skin itching, sweating, etc.
Precautions
1. Pregnant and lactating women are prohibited from using this product. 2. Elderly patients are prohibited from using this product. 3. People who are allergic to this product are prohibited from using this product.
