Function and Efficacy
This product has central and peripheral antitussive effects, and its antitussive effect strength is about 1/3 of codeine. In addition to having a direct inhibitory effect on the respiratory center of the medulla oblongata, it also has a mild atropine-like effect. It can relax spasmodic bronchial smooth muscles and reduce airway resistance.
Ingredients
This product is a compound preparation, and its components are: each gram contains 0.2ml of loquat leaf fluid extract, 0.05ml of licorice fluid extract, 0.022ml of compound camphor tincture, 7.5mg of menthol, 2mg of pentoxyverine citrate, 1.5mg of saccharin sodium, 0.002ml of vanilla essence, and 350ml of dextrin.

Appearance
This product is light yellow or pink granules, easily deliquescent, dissolves quickly in water, and tastes sweet with a bitter and salty taste.
Indication
This product has antitussive and expectorant effects. It is used for patients with upper respiratory tract infection and acute and chronic bronchitis with little sputum.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: 1-2 bags at a time, 3 times a day, with boiled water. Children can take half the dosage or follow the doctor's advice.
Adverse Reactions
Occasionally, there may be constipation, mild headache, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, nausea, abdominal distension, skin allergies and other reactions.
