Sodium ferulate glucose injection

The results of animal studies show that sodium ferulate can inhibit the production of malondialdehyde and thromboxane B2, reduce myocardial edema and the release of lactate dehydrogenase, and promote the production of 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α, and has anti-platelet aggregation, vasodilation and myocardial protection effects.

The main ingredient is sodium ferulate. Chemical name: 3-methoxy-4-hydroxycinnamic acid sodium salt dihydrate.

This product is a colorless or slightly yellow clear liquid.

It is used as an adjuvant treatment for ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. It is used for vascular diseases such as atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, glomerular disease, pulmonary hypertension, diabetic vascular disease, vasculitis, and leukopenia. It can also be used for migraine and vascular headache.

Intravenous drip: 0.1-0.3g once a day, add 100-500ml of glucose injection, saline or glucose-sodium chloride injection after dissolution and drip intravenously. Intramuscular injection: 0.1g once, 1-2 times a day, dissolve in 2-4ml of saline before use. The recommended course of treatment is 10 days.

Occasionally, allergic rash reactions occur, which disappear after stopping the medication.
