Function and Efficacy
Capsaicin has analgesic and antipruritic effects mainly by affecting the release, synthesis and storage of substance P, a neurotransmitter on C-type sensory neurons. Substance P is an undine peptide that transmits pain and itch from peripheral nerves to spinal nerves and higher central nerves. Topical application of capsaicin acts on peripheral nerve axons, resulting in a reduction in substance P from all neurons (peripheral and central), thereby achieving analgesic effects.

Appearance
This product is a colorless viscous substance.
Indication
Suitable for relieving joint and/or muscle pain caused by osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.; pain caused by sports sprains and strains.
Usage and Dosage
For external use in adults and children over 2 years old, take an appropriate amount according to the size of the painful area and apply it evenly to the affected area with a cotton swab, and gently massage to allow the drug to be completely absorbed by the skin. In general, use 1 to 2 soybean-sized amounts each time, 3 to 4 times a day. If the drug is used on the hands, wash your hands 30 minutes after applying the drug.
Adverse Reactions
Occasionally, there may be a burning sensation, stinging sensation, rash, or redness at the site of medication, but this will lessen or disappear over time and with repeated medication. If a severe burning sensation occurs, stop taking the medication and use cooking oil to remove the remaining medication, and avoid washing with hot water.
