Fat-soluble vitamins for injection (Ⅰ)

Provides fat-soluble vitamins required for daily physiological needs, including vitamins A, D2, E, and K1.

This product is a fat-soluble vitamin compound preparation. Each bottle contains the following components: Vitamin A3 10~415.0μg; Vitamin D2 4.50~6.00μg; Vitamin E 2.90~3.50mg; Vitamin K1 90.0~120.0μg.

This product is one of the indispensable components of parenteral nutrition, used to meet children's daily physiological needs for fat-soluble vitamin A, vitamin D2, vitamin E, and vitamin K1.

This product is suitable for children under 11 years old and infants. Take one-fifth of a bottle per kilogram of body weight per day, and the maximum daily dose is 2 bottles. Before use, use a syringe to take 2 ml of water for injection under sterile conditions and inject it into the bottle. Slowly shake until the lyophilized powder dissolves. Add it to 0.9% sodium chloride or 5% glucose injection and infuse it. Use it up within 24 hours. It can also be used in combination with water-soluble vitamins for injection.

Fever and chills may occur occasionally. After 6 to 8 weeks of infusion, elevations in serum aminotransferases, alkaline phosphatase, and bilirubin may occur and return to normal by reducing the dose or stopping the drug.

This medicine contains vitamin K1, which can counteract the effects of coumarin anticoagulants, so it should not be used together.

This product contains vitamin K1, which may interact with anticoagulants such as coumarins and heparin and should not be used together.

Keep away from light and store in a cool and airtight place. Valid for 18 months.
