Function and Efficacy
This product is a compound preparation composed of famotidine, calcium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide. Famotidine is a histamine H2 receptor antagonist, which inhibits the secretion of gastric acid and pepsin and can reduce the production of gastric acid. Calcium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide are antacids that can neutralize the gastric acid that has been produced. The three work together to relieve the symptoms of heartburn.

Appearance
This product is pink tablets with fragrant taste.
Indication
Suitable for relieving symptoms such as heartburn, acid reflux, stomach pain, and stomach discomfort caused by excessive gastric acid in adults and children over 12 years old.
Usage and Dosage
Chewable, 1 tablet at a time, 1 to 2 times a day. Do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours.
Adverse Reactions
A small number of patients may experience headache, dizziness, insomnia, constipation and diarrhea; occasionally rash, urticaria, etc.; rare symptoms include loss of appetite, leukopenia, mild transient elevation of transaminase, tachycardia, increased blood pressure, facial flushing and irregular menstruation.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product; those with swallowing disorders; and those with severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Safety for children under 12 years old has not been established and is prohibited. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: It is not clear yet. Pregnant and lactating women should take the drug under the guidance of a doctor. Precautions for the elderly: Elderly patients, except those with liver and kidney dysfunction, generally do not need to adjust the dose of this product.
Drug Interactions
1. The famotidine in this product does not inhibit liver drug metabolizing enzymes and has no obvious interactions with other drugs. This product has a mild effect on the pharmacokinetics of theophylline, phenytoin sodium, warfarin, nifedipine and diazepam, but does not affect the distribution of procainamide in the body; 2. When this product is taken in combination with tetracycline or fluoroquinoline drugs, the absorption of the latter will be reduced, probably because the presence of antacids makes it easy for these substances to chelate; 3. When this product is taken in combination with vitamin D analogs, it is easy to cause hypercalcemia. 4. If you are taking other prescription drugs, please consult a doctor before using this product.
