Indomethacin ointment

This product is a prostaglandin synthesis inhibitor with anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. When applied topically, its active ingredients can penetrate the skin to reach the inflamed area, reducing inflammatory swelling and relieving pain.

The main ingredient of this product is indomethacin (C19H16CINO4), and its chemical name is 2-methyl-1-(4-chlorobenzoyl)-5-methoxy-1H-indole-3-acetic acid. Molecular formula: C19H16ClNO4 Molecular weight: 357.79

The medicine is a light yellow ointment.

It is used to relieve local pain such as muscle pain, joint pain, pain and swelling caused by strains, sprains and sports injuries. It can also be used for the symptomatic treatment of osteoarthritis.

For external use. Apply an appropriate amount of this product to the painful area, gently rub the area with your hands to allow the drug to penetrate into the skin, and apply hot compress to the applied area for better results. Use the drug 2 to 3 times a day.

If you apply this product too much, itching and scaling may occur, which will disappear on their own after you stop taking the drug.
