This product has strong smooth muscle spasmolytic and anticholinergic effects, as well as analgesic effects. Appearance

This product is white or off-white tablets.

Indication

This product is an antispasmodic drug used to relieve urination-related symptoms in patients with non-inhibitory and reflux neurogenic bladder dysfunction, such as urgency, frequency, urinary incontinence, nocturia and enuresis.

Usage and Dosage

The usual oral dose for adults is 5 mg once, 2 to 3 times a day; the maximum dose is 5 mg once, 4 times a day. Or follow the doctor's advice. The usual oral dose for children over 5 years old is 5 mg once, 2 times a day; the maximum dose is 5 mg once, 3 times a day. Or follow the doctor's advice. There is insufficient clinical data for children under 5 years old, and it is not recommended.

Adverse Reactions

A small number of patients may experience dry mouth, lack of sweat, blurred vision, palpitations, drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, constipation, impotence, inhibition of lactation and other symptoms similar to those caused by anticholinergic drugs. Some patients may experience allergic reactions or drug-specific reactions, such as urticaria and other skin symptoms.

Precautions

It is contraindicated in patients with glaucoma, partial or complete gastrointestinal obstruction, paralytic ileus, intestinal atony in the elderly or debilitated, myasthenia gravis, obstructive urinary tract disease, and patients in an unstable cardiovascular state with bleeding.
