    Performance:
    This product is tasteless colorless crystal or white crystalline powder.
    About 8% of ammonia can be lost in exposed air.
    1g of the product was soluble in about 2.5mL of water, and the solution was acidic (0.2mol/L aqueous solution with pH value of 4.2).
    Slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in acetone.
    Melting point 190℃, density 1.08.
    Packing:
    Lined with polyethylene plastic bags, coated with composite plastic woven bags, each bag net weight of 25kg.
    Storage and transportation:
    This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and clean warehouse. It should be lightly packed and handled during loading and transportation to prevent packaging damage, prevent moisture and heat, and prevent rain and moisture during transportation. It should be isolated from toxic substances.
    USES:
    It is used in food industry as leavening agent, dough regulator, yeast food, fermentation assistant and buffer.
    It is also used as an animal feed additive.
