Description
Industrial gelatin can be customized and processed into industrial gelatin powder (flour shaped) with the size of 20-80 meshes, which is easy to dissolve and use.

Industrial gelatin, a kind of protein hydrolyzed from the collagen in paeoniae or epidermal tissues of animals, is faint yellow or brown particles without discomfortable smell and macroscopic impurities, and has the molecular weight of 1-100,000, 18 amino acids, less than 16% of moisture and inorganic salt and more than 82% of protein, which is an ideal protein source. Industrial gelatin is widely applied to various products of plates, furniture, matches, feeds, packages, papermaking, textiles, silks, printing & dyeing, printing, ceramics, petroleum, daily chemicals, coatings, metallurgy and other industries, and plays an important role in thickening, stabilization, agglomeration, reconciliation, glazing, sizing, bonding, moisture-holding and other effects of the products.

Executive Standard:QB/T 1995-2005

<td Storage Conditions:Dry gelatin is stable in air. Aqueous gelatin solutions are also stable for long periods if stored under cool conditions but they are subject to bacterial degradation. At temperatures above about 50°C, aqueous gelatin solutions may undergo slow depolymerization and a reduction in gel strength may occur on resetting. Depolymerization becomes more rapid at temperatures above 65°C, and gel strength may be reduced by half when a solution is heated at 80°C for 1 hour. The rate and extent of depolyme
