Description
First, the performance characteristics
This product is granular white solid. The relative density increases with the increase of melting point. The product has good chemical stability, moderate oil content, good moisture proof and insulation performance, good plasticity. Semi refined paraffin wax production of candle flame concentration, no smoke, no tears.

Note: the volume of about 10g wax into 100-250ml conical flask, adding 50ml the initial boiling point of not less than 70 DEG C anhydrous straight gasoline, and the shock in 70 DEG C water bath heating, know the paraffin has dissolved, the solution in 70 DEG C water bath placed inside the 15min after the solution should not present can see the turbidity and precipitate or water. Two, product uses
This product is used for candles, crayons, paper, general telecommunication equipment and short circuit and light industry, chemical raw materials.
Three, production methods
This product with oil wax as raw material, after sweating or solvent deoiling, followed by clay refining or hydrogenation refined by semi refined paraffin wax.
Four, matters needing attention
1 the amount of melted wax to be appropriate, melting wax temperature should not be too high, before melting wax, wax block should be broken in order to speed up the melting speed
2 semi refined paraffin should be stored in a cool place, not in the sun exposure, storage of local temperature not too high, so as not to soften the wax block, mutual bonding.
3 different grades of products shall be stored separately, so as to avoid misuse.
4 storage and transportation should be far away from the fire source, in order to avoid fire, pay attention to the packaging do not damage, so as to avoid impurities into the inside.
