Description
Feed grade Zinc Oxide (ZnO), is a kind of zinc oxide. Insoluble in water, soluble in acid and alkali. It is a commonly used chemical additives, relative to other varieties of zinc oxide, it in the index have special requirements: zinc oxide content can not be less than 95, zinc content can not be less than 76.3, contents of heavy metals lead, arsenic and cadmium are not less than the 10 ppm. The production process requirements are relatively high, the direct method and indirect method of health indicators are not up to, can only use the wet, and through a number of permutations and restore, strict process control, in order to achieve the appropriate indicators.
Use:
Production of pre mixed feed, do the general feed directly to add in the feed.
Application characteristics:

Reactivity Profile:ZINC OXIDE is insoluble in water. What little solubility it has yields aqueous solutions that are neutral in pH. Intimate mixtures of zinc oxide and chlorinated rubber with or without hydrocarbons or chlorinated solvent react violently, even explosively upon heating [Chem. Trade J., 1962, 151, 672]. Slow addition of zinc oxide to cover the surface of linseed oil varnish caused generation of heat and ignition, [Chem. Trade J., 1933, 92, 278].
