FZ60 Food Grade

Introduction:

Sodium Alginate is a kind of linear macromolecule carbohydrates extracted from brown seaweed. It consists of α-L-Mannuronic acid and β-D-Guluronic acid. FZ60 is a complex food additives,which is obtained on the basis of sodium alginate by improved formulation. FZ60 plays a better performance in bread making process, which is safe and healthy.

Field of Application: sponge cake and other baked goods

Instructions: According to the weight of flour, weigh appropriate amount of FZ60 according to proportion. Add it in the flour and ingredients well, then you should add water and then machine according to the productions needs.

Dosage: Add appropriate amount according to productions. The suggested dosage is 1-2‰.
