MP30 Food Grade

Introduction:

Sodium Alginate is a kind of linear macromolecule carbohydrates extracted from brown seaweed. It consists of α-L-Mannuronic acid and β-D-Guluronic acid. MP30 is mainly composed by sodium alginate and calcium,which has a good transparency, excellent film moisturizing properties, safe and healthy.

Applications: Hydrogel products

Advantages:

1) Natural material without stimulation，transparent carrier；

2)The product is soft, transparent, anti tearing and toughness；

3)It can be controlled without gel above 60℃, which can be controlled by a thermostat tank in factory production.

Usage:

1)Dissolving 1g powder in 30g water into solution at room temperature；

2)Stirring 5-10 minutes to form a paste at 85℃；

3)The solution is smeared  on the mask cloth or poured into mold below 60℃ to form hydrogel gel after 20 minutes.
