Product composition:

Organic silicon high temperature anticorrosive coating is made from organosilicon resin, special anti-corrosion pigment, fillers, additives, organic solvents and curing agent. For three groups of regular curing coatings. The paint film can be warm and dry, with fast curing speed, excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance, good weather resistance, water resistance and high temperature resistance (customized according to customer needs).

Main features:

Product use:

It is suitable for the internal and external coating of various high temperature equipments, such as engine, boiler, exhaust pipe, oven, chimney etc. It can also be used independently and can be used with zinc silicate primer.

Coating method: spraying, brushing, rolling

Film thickness: wet film: primer: 70 micron, top coat: 60 micron; Dry film: primer: 30 microns, top coat: 25 microns

Surface treatment: the steel surface is cast by blasting or sandblasting to Sweden's standard Sa2.5 standard, with a roughness of 25~50 microns.

Coating number: recommended primer 2, dry film thickness of 50~60 microns, surface paint 2, dry film thickness of 40~50 microns.

Storage method:

Storage: must be stored in accordance with state regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperature and stay away from fire source. The packing container must be sealed.

Storage period: 12 months. After that, it should be checked and used.

Notes:
