Product composition:

Epoxy glass flake coating is composed of epoxy resin, glass scales and other pigments, fillers, auxiliaries, solvents and amine additives, etc.

Product features:

Epoxy glass flake paint has excellent water permeability and resistance to chemical resistance, strong adhesion, high mechanical strength, high anticorrosive, good resistance to high temperature performance, excellent seismic performance and cracking resistance. With good spraying process, the coating has a certain decoration.

Product use:

Epoxy glass flake paint is applicable on the platform of ocean engineering facilities, ships, pipelines, large hydropower station pressure pipe, bridge, wharf steel pile, gate, water ballast tank, the gas tank and piping, equipment, pipelines, sewage treatment ponds, chemical plant floor such as steel or concrete structure for heavy-duty, also can make the intermediate coating.

Instructions:

Coating method: high pressure airless spray, hand brush, roller coating

Front road coating: epoxy glass scale anti-rust paint, epoxy cloud iron anti-rust paint.

Post coating: epoxy thick slurry finish.

Coating interval:

The longest 10 ℃, the shortest 48 hours, 3 days; 24 hours to 25 + 2 ℃, the shortest, the longest 7 days; 30 ℃ : the longest shortest 12 hours, 3 days

Appearance: colorful, smooth and rough

Thinner: X-7 epoxy paint thinner

Proportion: part a (paint) : part b (curing agent) =25:4~ 5 (the temperature is low and the proportion is different)

Shelf life: 23 + 2 ℃, 3 hours

Film thickness wet film: 270~280 microns; Dry film: 150 microns

Density: about 1.34

Maturation period: 23 + 2 ℃, 20 ~ 30 minutes

Drying time: 23 + 2 ℃ : table 2 hours or less, work 24 hours or less, completely curing 7 days

Theoretical dosage: 360~380 g/m2

Bucket group: 20L 25kg;

Part b: 8L 5~ 6kg (in proportion to the number of parts per unit)

Storage method:

Storage: must be stored in accordance with state regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperature and stay away from fire source. The packing container must be sealed.

Storage period: 12 months. After that, it should be checked and used.

Notes:

Safety: the construction site should have good ventilation condition, prevent solvent gas and spray paint mist inhalation.
