Product composition:
Inorganic zinc silicate resistant high temperature primer is prepared by partially hydrolyzed alkyl silicate and superfine zinc powder, a variety of additives. A, b and b package.
Product features:
Inorganic zinc silicate has excellent heat resistance, heat resistance, high temperature resistant primer flash degeneration, high temperature paint covered under the premise of long-term under 500 ℃ high temperature resistant, and cathodic protection, fast drying, adhesion strong, construction is convenient, it will not affected by substrate cutting and welding.

Storage method:
Storage: must be stored in accordance with state regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperature and stay away from fire source. The packing container must be sealed.
Storage period: 12 months. After that, it should be checked and used.
Notes:
1. The density of zinc silicate is poor and the water is easy to rust
2. Construction should be done indoors or in dry weather. After construction, should be dry place, or in time lacquer.
3. The dry film thickness should be controlled at about 60 microns.
4. The base coat is more important than the other. It should turn the barrel upside down 1 ~ 2 days before the opening of the bucket so that it can be stirred easily when opening the barrel.
5. During construction, the paint film shall not be uneven due to the excessive zinc powder.
