Description
Product composition:
Chlorine ether anticorrosion coating is a high performance anticorrosive coating made of chlorether resin, composite modified resin, anti-rust facial filler, various auxiliaries and organic solvents.
Product features:
Chlorine ether anticorrosive coating is fast dry, adhesion, resistance to ultraviolet radiation, weather resistance, salt fog resistance, resistant to salt water, corrosive gas, its comprehensive anticorrosive performance index is higher than the chlorosulfonated polyethylene and chlorinated rubber paint, than other anticorrosive coatings film plump and coating.
Product use:
Chlorine ether anticorrosive coating is applicable to the steel structure, mechanical equipment, type storage tank, port, mine, locomotive vehicle and other non-ferrous metal, concrete facilities in the chemical atmosphere environment.
Instructions:
Coating method: spraying, brushing, rolling
The number of coating lines: it is suggested to coat two or two bottom and three sides, the dry film thickness is 150~180 micron.
Coating intervals: 23 + 2 ℃, minimum 2 hours, the longest unlimited
Technical indicators:
Appearance: primer: iron red, half light; Finish: colorful, semi-gloss
Thinner: LK chlorine ether paint thinner
Drying time: 23 + 2 ℃ : table dry for 1 hour or less, work 24 hours or less, completely curing 7 days
Theoretical dosage: about 160~180 g/m2
Film thickness: dry film: 35~40 micron

Storage method:
Storage: must be stored in accordance with state regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperature and stay away from fire source. The packing container must be sealed.
Storage period: 12 months. After that, it should be checked and used.
Notes:
Safety: the construction site should have good ventilation condition, prevent solvent gas and spray paint mist inhalation.
Note: products should be kept away from heat source. Smoking should be strictly prohibited in construction site.
