JS waterproof coating

Product composition:

JS waterproofing coating is composed of high elastic special rubber, modified resin, high quality facial filler, auxiliary agent, crosslinking agent, etc.

Product features:

JS waterproof coating formed by the solvent evaporation with continuous and rich flexibility, tough and durable protective film, coating film excellent physical and mechanical properties, heat resistance, cold-resistant, sunlight aging, ozone resistance and chemical resistance, long-term in 80 ℃ ~ 25 ℃ temperature range of elasticity.

Product use:

JS waterproof coating can be used for the surface of cement mortar, concrete, cement asbestos board, etc., especially for internal wall maintenance and protection with cracks (less than 1.5mm).

Instructions:

Surface treatment: in the clean and dry wall with high permeability sealing agent, it can be directly coated with JS waterproofing paint; If metope is polluted again, need to clear the pollution rear can be coated. The exterior of the outer wall generally does not use putty, such as the wall has the gap, the hemp pit can use local batch, use the construction use white cement and JS waterproofing paint to mix the putty.

The former supporting coating: b51-1 solvent advanced osmotic sealant.

Construction conditions: temperature: - 5 ℃ to 40 ℃; Relative humidity: 85 ℃ or less; In the case of strong wind, rain, snow or fog, construction should be avoided in summer heat.

Construction method: brush, roll, spray.

Coating interval: minimum 6 hours and up to 24 hours.

The storage method

Storage: must be stored in accordance with state regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperature and stay away from fire source. The packing container must be sealed.

Storage period: 6 months. After that, it should be checked and used.

Notes:

The coating should be treated before construction.

The paint should be mixed uniformly, the amount of diluent can be determined according to different construction methods, the maximum dilution is not more than 10%.

The paint should be more ventilation and exhaust during construction.

The same batch of paint should be used in the same building.

Coating should be kept in low temperature, ventilated, dry place, away from heat source, avoid direct sunlight and isolate fire.
